Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don?t love it, send it back. We offer an easy to use online returns process for your convenience.
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Registered Users - How to Return:
If you checked out as a registered user of Alosport.com, your return is free! We provide free pre-paid return shipping for your package and no restocking fee applies.
1. Click here to access our online returns system. (Note: If you're not logged in you will be prompted to login)
2. Print out a pre-paid UPS shipping label for your return
3. Pack the items in a box or the package used to deliver the item
4. Secure the return mailing label to the outside of the box
5. Drop the package off at your nearest UPS drop-off location
Please note that in order to take advantage of our online returns process, you must register for an account prior to placing an order. If you do not have an account and checked out as a guest, please follow the below steps.
Guest Checkout - How to Return:
1. Email us at returns@alosport.com with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for your return. A pre-paid UPS return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
2. Once you receive a return authorization number from customer service, please indicate the RA number (R500###) on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without the RA#, the processing of your return may be delayed.
3. We recommend that you make note of your UPS return tracking number in the event you wish to monitor your shipment.
4. Drop the package off at your nearest UPS drop-off location
If you checked out as a guest, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may choose to either send the return package to us at your own cost using your preferred method of shipping or we can provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label for which a $5.00 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise. We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges), upon receiving the return. Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Can I return my online purchase at one of your authorized retailers?
Our local retailers are unable to accept returns of items purchased online at Alosport.com.
